Questions About Delivery

Do you ship outside the UK?

If you order online then we can only ship within the UK. If you require delivery outwith the UK then please contact us by email of telephone and we can prepare a quote including delivery charges.

How long does delivery take?

We aim to ship within 2 working days of receiving your order and you would then receive your goods on the next working day.

If the situation arose where my goods where delivered damaged what should I do?

If the goods were damaged on arrival a credit will be raised, A visual of the damage would have to be sent to our sales office in first instance.

Do boxes have to be delivered or can I collect them if I am local or my courier is cheaper?

You are welcome to uplift the goods by yourself, send in your carrier, or we can send them by our carrier. If we use our carrier and the order has a goods value of £100 or more then we don't charge carriage.

Questions about Materials

A lot of the boxes are covered in leatherette. What is this?

Leatherette is an imitation leather made from high grade vinyl. It is extremely useful as a covering for plastic boxes as it tends not to crack or fade.

Many of the bags you supply are made from organza. What is this?

Organza is a sheer, transparent fabric that is similar to silk. It is easily dyed into a wide variety of colours.

Can I mix colours of the boxes in the same order?

Sorry we don't mix the colours in cartons. you would have to buy separate coloured cartons.

Where are the boxes made?

The majority of the boxes are produced in China, but we make all of our two piece gift boxes and hinged metal cufflink boxes in the UK.

Can I recycle all the boxes I purchase from you?

Some of the ranges can be recycled but not all of them.

Customising

Can you print on the packaging?

We are unable to organise printing on the product directly from the Website as very often we would need to produce a print die for you. if you contact us by phone, email or the Contact Us form we are happy to discuss print options.

Can I order any of the products in my own colour scheme?

If you would like to discuss customised orders then please phone, email or utilise the Contact Us form. Please see our Custom Design page for more information.

Pricing

Do prices include VAT?

Prices shown on the site are net of VAT. VAT will be added when you check your shopping basket.

If I buy in larger quantities will I get a discount?

Not at Stockpak. the prices have already been discounted but if you phone us we can negotiate.

Are website prices trade prices?

The same price would apply whether it be a trade sale or not.
